Halo is a Catholic saints app that provides daily saint information, prayers, novena tracking and AI-powered conversations with historical saints.

Information We Collect

Halo collects the following information when you create an account:

• Email address (for account creation and login)
• Prayer streak data (to track your daily prayer habit)
• Novena progress (to track your nine-day prayer journeys)
• Saved favourites (saints you have chosen to save)

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide the features of the Halo app. We do not sell, share or distribute your personal data to third parties. Your email is used only for account authentication.

AI Conversations

Halo uses the Anthropic Claude API to power saint conversations. Messages you send in the chat feature are processed by Anthropic's API. We do not store the content of your conversations beyond your current session. Please review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com for more information about how they process data.

Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. Data is stored in accordance with GDPR requirements.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account

Children

Halo is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent.
